Beware of cyber crime
First of all we would like to thank you for your cooperation during this Coronavirus situation. This is the ultimate proof that our organisation is flexible and can adapt quickly to this constantly changing situation, and you have made this possible. You are all determined to run business as usual and we want to show our appreciation, therefore a big thank you to all of you!
We will host an online ‘vrijdagmiddagborrel’ this Friday, on teams in which Erwin would like to take a moment to thank you all personally. An invitation for this will follow. In addition, we have a few other items that we would like to address in this email.
We have mentioned it before, but since we’ve received a few reports from colleagues we would like to mention it again. Be extra aware of Cyber Crime. Don’t open (attachments to) emails that look suspicious and please report (and keep reporting) emails that contain questionable information about supposedly outstanding invoices, banking details, other requests for payments or other dubious information.
Travel & visits
In earlier updates we have mentioned that we do not encourage travelling unless absolutely necessary. We have put this policy in place to protect your health and the health of your colleagues and families. The advice of our government is to limit travel and we take this advice to heart. If a situation arises in which you feel there has to be made an exception, we ask you to discuss this with your manager or team leader and the supplier (or other party involved) and make suitable and safe arrangements.
Ask for assistance
If you are having trouble with Teams, ISAH or in case you need the VPN connection longer than 15 minutes, please check in with us, your manager, team leader or Alex and we will try to solve this as best as we can.
We would also like to express our gratitude to you with regards to our VPN connections. The roulette solution implemented yesterday, seems to be working very good and we would like to thank you for sharing the VPN with your colleagues and your patience in this matter. Please know that we are doing our best in getting you the best connection possible. We will update you when we have more information regarding the VPN connections.
Let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to help.
